What sizes of storage units do you offer?

We offer a Variety of storage units in approximate* 5’ increments, ranging from 5’x5’* up to 10’x30’*.

What items am I not allowed to store?

No Combustibles, Food, Aerosols, Fuel, Oil or Vehicles.

Do you offer climate-controlled units?

Yes, we have 82 climate-controlled storage units on site.

Are leases month-to-month?

Yes, all of our leases are Month-to-Month.

Can I access my storage unit anytime?

Unit Access is allowed 365 days a year from 6:00 am until 10:00 pm.

Do you offer drive-up access?

Yes, 196 of our storage units are drive-up accessible.

What should I bring when moving in?

Government Issued ID, Working Cellular Device, Form of Payment

Do you provide carts or dollies to help with moving?

Carts and Dollies are not provided by the facility

What happens if I miss a payment?

You will lose access to the storage facility after 6pm on the 1st but we do offer a 10 day grace period before any late fees are assessed.

Can I store a vehicle, RV, or boat?

Vehicles are not allowed to be stored on site.

What are your office and access hours?

Office Hours are Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm and Sundays 10am-3pm. Access Hours are Daily from 6am-10pm.

Do I need insurance for my stored items?

Yes, Check with your Home Owners or Renters Insurance Company to see if they cover your storage unit. Otherwise, Otherwise we offer various coverage options in store.

Do I need to pay a deposit or administrative fee?

There is a one-time $29 administrative fee upon move-in.
